How do I return a product for a refund?

You will receive a full refund when you send back any unopened product within 30 days of your order. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we have sent you the wrong product. We do not issue refunds or store credit past 30 days. 

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE? 

  • Unopened bottles for a full refund within 30 days
 

WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE? 

  • Products that have been opened 
  • Orders that do not have a receipt and order number in the returned package

Make sure to include your receipt in the returned order so we can identify your order.

Returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive the return. Once your return is processed you will receive an email confirmation and the refund will appear back on the card you used to place the order within 3-5 business days. Buyers are responsible for cost of return label. 

Please direct any return policy inquiries to our support team. Our hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm Pacific Standard Time. 

All refunds are provided at the discretion of Zuma Nutrition.

Can Zuma Nutrition give me medical advice?

While the Zuma Nutrition staff are committed to supporting your health in every way we can, due to legal limitations we are not able to give medical advice. This includes any questions about specific health conditions, herb drug interactions, and very specific product interactions. We are also not able to give guarantees on products to have specific medical benefits. Any questions of this sort will get the same response due to liability reasons, “Please consult a licensed doctor or medical expert for this question.”

For legal reasons, we do not recommend our products for children. Our products are clean and free from contaminants, but we are just careful with this type of marketing for liability reasons.

Can I take these products while pregnant or nursing?

We do not recommend taking our products while pregnant or nursing. Please consult a licensed healthcare professional before taking any dietary supplements while nursing or pregnant.

What is the shelf life on Zuma Nutrition products?

The average Zuma Nutrition product has a shelf life of 2 years. Each label is printed with an expiration date.
