How does Zuma Nutrition Rewards work?

Every subscription is automatically enrolled. You get subscriber pricing from your first order, a free Multi-Strain Probiotic in your second box, $10 in store credit after your third order in a row, and from your fourth order on, free shipping plus 3% back in store credit on every subscription order.

How do I start a subscription?

On any product page or protocol bundle, choose the subscription option, pick your delivery frequency and check out. Enrollment in rewards is automatic.

What counts as orders "in a row"?

Your streak counts subscription orders that process one after another while your subscription stays active. Skipping or rescheduling a delivery won't reset your streak. Cancelling your subscription will.

How does store credit work?

Store credit is applied to your next subscription order. Credit expires 100 days after it's earned, and you can see your balance anytime in your account. Store credit has no cash value.

What happens to my credit if I cancel?

If you cancel all of your subscriptions, any unused credit expires 30 days later. Restart within those 30 days and your credit is restored.

Do subscribers get free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping starts with your fourth subscription order in a row and continues on every subscription order after that. Before then, any order over $90 ships free.

What's the free gift?

A free Multi-Strain Probiotic is added to your second subscription box automatically. It's limited to one per customer.

I'm already a subscriber. What changes?

You're automatically part of the new program and your current streak carries over. If you've already placed four or more subscription orders in a row, free shipping and 3% back apply starting with your next order.

Can I skip, swap or reschedule an order?

Yes. Skip a delivery, change products, change your frequency or update your address anytime from your account.

When am I charged?

On the delivery schedule you choose. We email you 72 hours before each order processes so you have time to make changes.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account, or email customerservice@zumanutrition.com and our team will help within 12-24 hours.

Can I cancel an order after it processes?

Contact us at customerservice@zumanutrition.com before it ships and we'll cancel it. For orders that have already shipped, see our Shipping & Returns policy.
