What happens after I submit the form?

We'll email you three things: our wholesale catalog with full pricing, our order form, and if you're a licensed practitioner, our practitioner catalog and terms. Most inquiries get a response within one business day.

What are your minimums?

We're flexible. Opening minimums are low on purpose so you can test a few SKUs before committing to a full set, and we'll work with you on what makes sense for your shelf space and customer base. If our standard opening order doesn't fit your store, tell us and we'll figure something out.

How do I place an order?

Fill out the order form we send you and email it back. Once you're set up, reorders are as simple as replying with what you need. If you'd rather talk it through before you order, say so on the form above and we'll set up a call.

Do you work with practitioners?

We do. Licensed practitioners get their own catalog, practitioner pricing, and protocol support from our formulation team. Select Practitioner on the form above and we'll send the right paperwork.

Will you help my staff sell it?

Yes, and this is where we're different from most brands you carry. Every account gets access to our wholesale training library, covering the formulas, who each one is for, and how to make a recommendation with confidence. We also run live digital trainings so your team can ask questions directly. Staff who understand the product sell it. Staff who don't, don't.

Do you provide marketing and merchandising support?

Yes. Shelf talkers, product education cards, protocol guides, and digital assets for your social and email are all included at no cost. Tell us what your store needs and we'll put a kit together.

Are your products third-party tested?

Every batch is third-party tested, and we make our formulas in our own facility. Certificates of analysis are available on request for anything you stock.
