Will I receive an email letting me know about an upcoming subscription?

Yes, we send an email 72 hours prior to the order processing. Make sure you are subscribed to receive emails from Zuma Nutrition.

If I want to cancel an order after it processes, can I do that?

Yes, we allow customers to cancel orders prior to shipment going out. If the shipment has gone out, we allow customers to return the shipment for a full refund.
