Most magnesium is made in a lab. Ours comes from the sea.

Glycinate, citrate and oxide are manufactured: magnesium chemically bonded to another compound, often overseas, then sold as one isolated mineral at high doses. Magnesium chloride is the pairing nature already uses in ancient sea brines, so it can be concentrated naturally. Our formulator specializes in ancient mineral salts and never uses synthetic solvents.

What is ionic magnesium?
Magnesium that's already dissolved in water as free magnesium ions (Mg²⁺). Ours is naturally occurring magnesium chloride from ancient inland sea minerals.
Is it better than magnesium glycinate?
They're different. Glycinate is a lab-made compound in capsule form. This is a natural sea mineral, already dissolved, with 70+ trace minerals, and easy to add to your water. If you'd rather take a natural mineral and skip the pills, this is the better fit.
How much magnesium is in it?
133 mg per serving (2 droppers, 1.5 ml), about a third of the daily value. That's a sensible amount alongside a whole-food diet, without megadosing. Each bottle has 40 servings.
What does it taste like?
Straight from the dropper, salty like ocean brine. Diluted in water, it's colorless, odorless and practically undetectable.
Morning or night?
Either. Take it once or twice a day, whenever it fits your routine. Many customers like it in their evening water.
I drink filtered or reverse-osmosis water. Is this for me?
Yes. Filters remove most of the magnesium and minerals along with everything else. Two droppers adds magnesium and trace minerals back. Many customers pair it with our Fulvic Acid & Trace Ocean Minerals.
