Collection: Inflammatory Response Support
Our inflammatory response supplements focus on two well-studied plants: turmeric and black seed. Both are formulated to support a healthy inflammatory response, one as a liposomal liquid and one as an undiluted, CO2-extracted oil.† Pair either with the food choices in our anti-inflammatory diet guide for the strongest foundation.

Why we kept this collection small
Inflammation is a normal part of how the body responds to stress, exercise and injury. What most people want is to keep that response balanced, and the biggest levers are daily ones: food, sleep, movement and stress. Supplements play a supporting role, and they work best when the basics are already in place. Rather than fill this page with dozens of options, we chose two plants with long traditional use and a meaningful body of research, and formulated each for absorption.
How to choose
Liposomal turmeric: curcumin is famously hard to absorb on its own. Our Liposomal Turmeric Curcumin Tonic delivers full-spectrum turmeric in an emulsified liquid designed for enhanced absorption, along with CO2-extracted turmerones, ashwagandha, fenugreek and berberis aristata.† It is organic, vegan, third-party tested and made without synthetic solvents or artificial preservatives. It is rated 4.87 across 212 reviews.
Black seed oil: our Black Seed Oil Supplement is 100% undiluted organic black seed oil, CO2 extracted (a solvent-free process), with over 7% total thymoquinone, the compound black seed is best known for. It offers antioxidant properties and supports a healthy immune response.† It is rated 4.82 across 17 reviews.
Choose the turmeric tonic if you want a multi-herb liquid that is easy to take in water. Choose black seed oil if you prefer a single-ingredient oil. Many people use both.
Quality is where the two products earn their place. Turmeric is only as good as its form: plain turmeric powder is mostly fiber, and curcumin on its own does not dissolve well in water. That is why we combine full-spectrum turmeric with turmerones in an emulsified liquid. Black seed oil quality varies widely too, and thymoquinone content is one of the clearest ways to compare oils. We list ours on the label so you know what you are getting.
How to use them together
The two pair well because they come from different plant families and different compounds. Take them with food, at the same time each day, and give them several weeks of consistent use. Think of supplements as one piece of a routine that includes colorful vegetables, healthy fats, regular movement and good sleep. Cutting back on ultra-processed foods and added sugar is often the single biggest change people make.
Turmeric and black seed may not suit everyone. If you take blood thinners, diabetes medication or other prescriptions, are pregnant, or have gallbladder concerns, talk to your healthcare provider first.
