All Zuma Nutrition products are shipped within 1-3 business days out of California, United States.
Shipping to the US is calculated at checkout for orders all orders and shipped via USPS or UPS (whichever is more appropriate for your shipping location).
Shipping outside of US is by FedEx and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at the time of your order.
CANADA If you select USPS Ground your package is not insured. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide assistance if your package is lost, stolen, or undelivered. Once the package leaves our facility you will need to work with USPS for any needed assistance.
International Buyers (Including Canada) – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Although we ship to most locations around the world, we currently do not ship to Germany, Spain, or Africa. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have specific questions.
We create supplements that work in order to help return your body and health to optimal levels. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your experience, it is our privilege to provide you with a 60-day guarantee.
You will receive a full refund when you send back any unopened product within 60 days of your order.
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we have sent you the wrong product. We do not issue refunds or store credit past 60 days.

Returns are processed within 3-7 business days. Once your return is processed you will receive an email confirmation and the refund will appear back on the card you used to place the order within 3-5 business days.
